Thanks for the response. No, unfortunately I didn't, Sifseb, but I heard from several who did. One, a collector, really praised Cyril's work. I met and talked with Cyril briefly, very nice guy. If I do decide on a better guitar, what I'm looking for is warmth, good bass growl, sweet high end over sheer barking ability. And dryness - my principal complaint about my DG-300, its wetness, overtones, harmonic ringing, etc. How would you characterize your guitar's sound?

Like you say, good bass, medium and treble, and powerful sound, it's all i was searching, before i had a guitar with only treble , And i met Cyril and he do me a guitar with favino size with walnut for the background, epicea for the table and maple for the handle,

Great, thank you, Sifseb. I hope to get to France over the next year, and very much wanted to look Cyril up, so this is great information. Apologies for my French (a lost art, afraid I haven't used it in years, but want to get it back...ancien cuisinier français....), thank you for kindly writing in English.
