I loved this guitar shit he had a passion and great entertainment.
As an example in the DVD S Grappelli or makes a chorus of 10 min Breathtaking.

Tu ne viendrais pas de Genève le vieux car comme GG tu es pas en reste. Je suis désolé pour l'orthographe.j'ai un lombago et j'avais une super envie de me soulager donc pas eu le temps de corriger car il faut faire face à l'urgence plus qu'au parraître de l'intelligence

He was 79 and had been in hospital for a while.

Are you sure that is Diz? It does not look much like him to me. You say the photo was taken in 1984 but that man looks much older than the photo you show of Diz with Ian Cruickshank, Matelo Ferret, Boulou Ferre, Michel Ferre taken in Samois in 1987.
