GREAT TUNE! I really like this one . . . I haven't however got the chords on the head, the chords for the solos are as follows
F "bird" blues
F69/F69/F69/F69-F7/
BB13/Bdim/F69-e69/eb69-d9/
Gm6/C9/f69-d9/db9-calt/
try those and let me know.
the head starts with f69 for 3.5 bars then c9? back to f- for four beats then I am not sure any more.

However it couldn't really be called a bird blues, which would look something like this:
Fmaj7 | Emin7b5 A7b9 | Dmin7 G7 | Cmin7 F7 |
Bbmaj7 | Bbmin7 Eb7 | Amin7 D7 | Abmin7 Db7 |
Gmin7 | C7 | then two bar turnaround

F7/ F7/ F7/ F7/ F7/ Db7/ Db7/ Bb7/ Gm7/ Bm7/ Fm7/ Db7/ (REPEAT)
F7/ F7/ F7/ F7/ F7/ Db7/ Db7/ Bb7/ Gm7/ Bm7/ Fm7/ Db7/ F7/
Over the solo something like...
F7/ F7/ F7/ F7/ Bb7/ B DIM/ F7/ Amin7b5 D7/ Gm7/ C7/ F7 Ab7/ G7 Gb7/
I think.
Cheers.
